Answers to common questions about using your ME Shield client portal. Can't find what you need? Reach out below.

1 How do I log in to my portal?
Go to the client portal page and enter the email address on file with ME Shield. We'll send you a secure link by email — no password needed. Click the link within 15 minutes to access your dashboard.
2 I didn't receive my secure link email. What do I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there after a few minutes, request a new link — each one expires after 15 minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us using the buttons below and we'll verify your account.
3 My email isn't recognized by the portal.
Only emails already on file as active clients can access the portal. If you're a client and this happens, contact Miguelson directly to confirm the email address linked to your account.
4 Where can I find my documents?
Your documents appear under "Your Documents" on your dashboard once Miguelson uploads them. If you're expecting a document you don't see yet, send a message from the portal or contact us directly.
5 How do I pay an invoice?
If you have a balance due, it will appear under "Invoices & Payments" with a "Pay Now" button linking to secure PayPal checkout. Once paid, it will show as "Paid" on your next visit.
6 How does the message form work?
Messages sent through the portal go directly to Miguelson. You'll typically receive a reply within 24 hours. For urgent matters, please call or WhatsApp us directly instead.
7 Is my information secure?
Yes. Your portal session is protected with a one-time secure link, and only you and ME Shield Financial Services can access your information.
